A Look Inside the Creation Process
Learn how a community of scholars and artisans will craft The Book of the North by hand, just as books were made in the Middle Ages, during Bulldogs Behind the Scenes.
The narrative contained within its pages will share stories of strength and resilience while also recognizing the fragility of the natural world that surrounds us. Ultimately, the book will tell the stories of the people who made Minnesota their home. Principal Investigator Dr. Krista Sue-Lo Twu, UMN Imagine Fund Arts, Humanities, and Design Chair (2025-2027), will guide us through the concept behind the project and the creative process involved in bringing it to life.
